Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Some products in our store are available as monthly subscriptions. This policy explains how subscriptions work and how you can cancel them.

Subscriptions

When you subscribe, you’ll receive automatic monthly deliveries. Your payment method is stored securely, and you are charged at the start of each billing cycle.

You can cancel your subscription 5 days before your monthly subscription order renewal, any cancellations made with 5 days of your monthly subscription order will take effect starting from the next month.
This means:

a subscription order made on January 22nd, will have a renewal date of February 22nd meaning the latest it can be cancelled is on February 15th. Cancellations made on the 16th onward will take effect the month after and the order for the month will still be charged, processed and delivered.
if the current month’s payment has already been processed, that order will still be delivered
your subscription simply won’t renew for the following cycle

Since subscriptions are designed for recurring monthly supply, we do not accept returns or refunds once a subscription order has been processed.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to reserve items that are not yet in stock.
You may be charged partially or fully once the item is ready.

You can cancel a pre-order only if it has not yet been fulfilled.
Once it ships, cancellations and refunds are not available.

Try Before You Buy

For try-before-you-buy items, your payment method is authorized before shipping. You’ll have a set time window to decide if you want to keep the product.

If the item isn’t returned within the trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically.
